 一般來慢跑大致是67分╱公里。600 秒╱公里的速度去跑馬拉松的話,總共需要4小時13分鐘。700秒╱公里的速度,則需要4小時55 分鐘。

另一方面,若目標是「破4」,跑步速度就必須控制在540秒╱公里。以這樣的速度跑馬拉松,才能以3小時5906秒的時間完跑。正式比賽的時候,整體的跑步速度必須再快一點才行。
